After beginning work together last season, we are proud to publicly announce Learn to Win’s partnership with the LA Rams, reigning Super Bowl Champions. The Rams trust Learn to Win’s agile learning software to make their training faster, more focused, and more effective than the competition.

The Rams are admired as one of the most forward-thinking and innovative teams in the NFL.

When the Rams hired Sean McVay in 2017, he became the youngest Head Coach in NFL history. In McVay’s first year, he executed a dramatic turnaround, bringing the Rams offense from the lowest-scoring in the league to the top-scoring efficiency in 2017. In the five years since, the team has had zero losing seasons, missed the playoffs only once, and appeared in two Super Bowls.

The Rams have pioneered innovative approaches to training that other pro teams have begun to replicate. For example, The Rams were among the first NFL teams to adopt workload analytics – a concept borrowed from Premier League Soccer teams — to monitor player strain during training. As a result, the Rams have been one of the least-injured teams since 2015. Since then, all 32 NFL teams have adopted this approach.

The Rams have focused particular energy on studying how best to train millennial athletes.

“The next frontier in football is understanding the mind and figuring out how you can test and teach."
- Les Snead, General Manager of the Los Angeles Rams

In response, the Rams have tailored their training approach to accommodate shorter attention spans and help players train on the mobile devices that are always with them.

“Everyone saw the Rams’ incredible victory in last year’s Super Bowl. But what the public didn’t see was behind-the-scenes: for years, the Rams have been emphasizing and investing in effective teaching as a core competitive advantage. In today’s game, learning faster and better than your competition is essential for success. We’re honored to continue to support the Rams’ world-leading work in the 2022 season.”
